| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| She has been welding for 17+ years doing the same Industrial type jobs as her male counterparts. The piece that she is welding here in the shot is just a scrap bit of metal for the photo shoot. In fact I kept asking her to get more sparks, only to find out that in welding that’s not what one wants! As for the Butterfly decals, that is her little “trademark” to show that there is a gal under that helmet. Oh and speaking about helmets, that is a state of the art digital welders helmet! When switched on, this helmet lens allows one to view the room and automatically dims when welding..cool eh! / Multiple Flash |

Nice edgly light on this subject, I do wish there was a little more action to what was going on with some sparks or more on the object.

Interesting industrial shot :-) I like the composition, light, and partial desaturation of the objects.
cheers,

I think it is a great shot! Well done on the lighting and composition! Thanks for sharing!
Pierre
Very well done with great composition and nice green color/effect coming out of the spark.
You gave me the inspiration to post a picture of myself welding... so I fetch for my archives and worked a bit to post a decent photograph.
Keep going, it's well done.
Great shot. Wonderful lighting.
