[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo I took last weekend in the Town of Bolton, Ontario. What is surprising about this photo is that at this time of year (photo was taken last Saturday), the scene depicted here should be covered in snow. Instead, until this past Tuesday and Wednesday, there hasn't been any snow.

Information on Bolton listed below is taken from Wikipedia:

Bolton is located on the Humber River, and is the most populated village within the town of Caledon, located in the Region of Peel, approximately 50 kilometers north-west of Toronto, Canada. The village was founded by James Bolton, who created a mill on the Humber River in the valley of Bolton.

The Humber River is one of two major rivers on either side of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the other being the Don River to the east. It was designated a Canadian Heritage River on September 24, 1999. The Humber collects from about 750 creeks and tributaries in a fan-shaped area north of the city. One main branch runs for about 100 km from the Niagara Escarpment to the northwest, while the other major branch starts in the Lake St. George in the Oak Ridges Moraine near Aurora, Ontario to the northeast. They join north of Toronto and then flow in a generally southeasterly direction into Lake Ontario at what was once the far western portions of the city.

I hope you enjoy this photo. Cheers, Todd

Only PP was sharpening, and framing.

It's so unusual to see this river still flowing due to the warmer weather we have been having. Very nice composition, with the tree partially framing the scene. Well done.
