| The town of High River was used as the location for Smallville in the movie Superman 3. If you look for it you will see a row of grain elevators with banners saying "Smallville". This is the remains of the last one standing. It burnt down a few months before i took this pic. I used Paint.net to turn it sepia and brighten it a bit. |

Hi Zach,
so that is what remains of Smallville,sad that it had to go.Superman must be crying a bitter tear for his lost little town.Take heart Lois Lane's house still stands,may he pop in for a visit.This picture depicts a stark reality that comes about with change over time,gone is Smallville and unfortunately Chris Reeve who graced High River with his presence back in 1982.A decent but not a good point of view shot,it doesn't put things into context as well as it could.
