[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Built in the 1930s, the De Lévis Tower, located on the Jean Drapeau Park, was originally used as a water reservoir and observation tower. Along with the four towers of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge and the Biosphère, the Tower's medieval-style architecture makes it one of the distinguishing features that gives Île Sainte-Hélène its character.

Winter is one of the few times when that tower can be seen clearly from the lower levels (though in historical times, there would have been no trees to obscure THIS view!).

Hello Pierre,
this surpised me a bit, because of its mediaval style I thought this would be taken in Europe. Interesting note!
Very well captured the POV and the scnowy scenery adds up to a very nice compsition.

Lovely winter view with nice soft colors which in reality are quite a contrast with the harsh low temperatures which one experiences, being there.
