I also like stained glass windows very much. The light seen through them is really very warm and radiant. And here you show a very beautiful view from the outside, nice combination between the cold-looking walls and the warm colours of the glass.

Fabulous capture from University College, Vandana. Too bad we couldn't shoot from inside that day. When you come back again, we shall have to arrange to get inside -- it's fun to see the patterns made by the glass

You know.. we 3 where standing there ..in front of this setting, jost now I noticea ''Dart Veder'' face in this post. The two indows the eyes and noose in middle and middle under.. Funny..
Ok the shot is a fantastic ''As -is ' piece of art!
Archtecture reminded of Cambridge/Oxford I told you there in Toronto , but you and Luc where never there.
I think Silke told me she did. Anyways Princess V.. ita a mazing what such an Indian girl can do with a camera. But I NEVER let you stand again on my shoulders .. since you where so eager to look inside via the window.. No never.. or you take out your high heeled shoes ok!!!!!

The architecture itself is realy beautifull and your explanation note is fantastic! So, standing on shoulders with high heels? I am not sure about showing you around if you are ever coming to see us all in Holland. Better let John do it :-) TC

Well composed image. The Stained Glass windows where sure, made by a specialist.
Before the war, it was the steel of my father. He died as a soldier in februari 1945. I was only 13 months young.

Hi Vandana,

Due to the composition here I can almost see a face looking back at me here :) The architecture looks beautiful and the partially lit windows give a nice glow to the otherwise cold brickwork.
