[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was accomplished by a combination of camera rotation and the use of slap zoom. This is a new technique for me, so constructive criticism is very welcome.

PP: Very little was done to this photo in CS2. I darkened the corners using a heavily masked levels layers and then used an unmasked levels to even out the histogram.

Very interesting abstract, Josh:)
Would look perfect as a poster on the wall.
Very well done, bravo!

have a nice day, Karina

I really like the color and the texture you have achieved here, very nice!
Regards,
Jill

an interesting effect with this experiment and works in a turneresque way, maybe having taken a straight photo as well then doing something in layers to bring a little of the sharpness back into the flower or whatever it was, would give it less abstraction. its a thought.

A true impressionist at work! Particularly flowers are marvellous when blurring and abstracting things. I think you've managed very well here, Josh. I really like the circular blur effect and the placement of the largest flower. When comes to improvement, I think mainly about colour. The saturation could be increased a little. And I wish the colour could be somewhat warmer, especially the yellow. With all this being said, you're doing a great job here, and I wish you good luck to further attempts.

Regards,
Johan

It looks like a picture of something in the sky. I was expecting you to say you hooked your camera up to a telescope and captured this picture of a galaxy or somethin glike that. Very interesting abstract shot.

great surrealistic atmosphere
i like that it is different then usual on TL
