This is a really fun shot, Nina! I really REALLY like the effect. You capture the mood and atmosphere of going to the movies in a nostalgic way. Superlative!

Effet réussi! On a l'impression d'être dans un vieux cinéma. L'expression des gens à l'écran est superbe et étonnament claire. Bravo pour avoir osé.

This is my type of shot Nina. I really really like it. Ther is a special, spoky cinema feeling here. My camera adds a strong tint of green to the pictures as well, when shooting inside. When i shoot outside though, it seem to be much better at capturing the colours. So i suggest you try outside as well and hope that it works better then.
Funny, i was thinkig of a title for my next posting, taken yesterday/sunday afternoon. One idea that i had was "Sunnday afternoon" :) The name didn't really work with my pic though so i have to come up with a new name...still strugling

I like your idea in this pic and your composition is good either!

This is something I have always wanted to do Nina....but was always afraid the flash would go off by mistake from a faulty manual setting:-)As it turns out,you managed to get two aspects of the TE scavenger hunt...a bald head and movement ! Well done.

The mood and ambiance are very well rendered, and your composition is so original. Well done and very well transposed mood. Congratulations Nina.
This is really cool! I like the way you speak of the old ladies - very humorous! I have taken similar night shots, and they always have this "red" tone for some reason. I like this - it is more "night" like. I'm surprised you are allowed to take shots in the cinema. In South Africa, we would get arrested!
Very craetive shot, I think it is great the way you captured the screen so perfectly, I did a workshop on it just for fun.
Great picture.

Never thought about that kind of shot, but it's really good and you've got the mood of your title here, Nina. I like the idea, the very soft greenish colors, and having the feeling of being there too!

I do the same kind of thing. You should have turned to them and said, "not if you let me take your picture, ladies...". ;)
I like this shot. It has a surreal feeling to it that is actually pretty effective. I like the muted colors on screen and the ghostlike audience.
