Loved this view after climbing and sitting waiting for Otto to regain his strength from the climb. So worth it. there was just something about this picture that I had to share. Considering if I want to go up there agai I have to bring a friend Otto said it was his last time. (yeah right)
For Otto's view check here it is beautiful.
Used contrast and levels then resized.
Enjoy!!!

Hi Christian,
What an imposing landscape! Your POV is unique and shows a great perspective with the river unrolls its blue water between the still bluer mountains. Excellent textures on the rock in foreground. A very beautiful view! Bravo and thanks for sharing! Annie

Beautiful view, great colors details and sharpen, TFS

Hi Christan,
A splendid panorama, the impressive mountains, the river in the valley below....breathtaking view. The picture is a bit hazy though and i know how hard it is to handle with the sun high at the sky. I made a WS were I used selective decrease of brightness and increase of contrast to decrease the amount of haze. Nevertheless I like this view anyway!

A gorgeous VIEW here Christan! I posted a WS...just playing with it....looking to kill someone of that sunlight that is blasting the view! Hope you like it!

Hi Christan, wow, another image of the Rockies, and all the repetition of the mountains and the mist makes for a beautiful image! Very well done!

I can understand Otto, as I was also very exhausted after our hike! I need to get back into shape! ;))

Very well done on the composition and the pov! Take care, Yan:)

Ps: many thx for your great comment on "Joffre Lakes, First one of the 3 Lakes" and the birthday wishes :)

great colours
real amazing view

As i saw it before the note, i had already the impression that some blue were add.. But in a staying natural way! But enough to include some dreamland into the idea :)
Just stay there... The principal show of action is the clouds and the water surface... I understand you to stay!

Alex

great landscape shot! nice POV and composition.

tfs!

Christan,
quel panorama ! on voudrait y être, la pluie de lumière qui s'abat sur les montagne leur donne un air un peu fantomatique, j'adore,
TFS

Christan I had a look at all your pics...but to mee this one takes the prize! I just adore the haziness of the mountains almost begoming one with the lake in the distance! Well done mate!

Chris

Hi Christian,
Lovely colours, nice but very weak ray of light - like it very much.
I like the compo it reminds me our mountains called The High Tatras except the river.
