[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Finally started taking walks again. I live on the shore of Lake Erie so driving, biking or walking here to me is like being in heaven. There isn't anywhere you look thats its not beautiful. Course I love the water so thats me. This photo was taken in one of the bays down the road from my house. You can see the water is quite low, its like that all over the Lakes, not the lowest in history but the lowest its been in a long time I guess. Lets hope for cold weather and lots of snow this winter to help them!

Thanks for viewing my gallery and your comments on my photos.

Glad you're up and about :-).
Very good composition on this shot.
Water looks strange though :-). Like if there was an oil film on it near the shore.

Hello Donna.

Lovely composition, well done.
A DIFFERENT STYLE OF FRAMING NATURE.
Kudos, Donna.

hello Donna,
A pleasant beach scenery with signs of a seasonal change!
Interesting information about the level of water, and in a lake this size a few cm means an aweful lot of water...
A well composed vista!
Greetings,
Pablo -

A bit like the majoirty of the lakes here Donnaa only I doubt if ours will get even close to half full this year. Nicely composed and lovely deeper Fall colours. TFS,

Hi Donna,
Very pleasent photograph. You I think here were shooting towards the light as the FG is rather dark. As you say, the water level is low but that is not surprising given the very dry summer we have had here.
