Strong attractive autumn colours have been captured!
Something special about autumn in Canada, not many places you can find colours as burning red as this...
A nice frame, the blue sky in the back adds colour contrast and attraction value!

Yes I think you made the right decision - this has to be a lovely rich fall-colour - so by all means....
Lovely shot and colours, glad you found the tree - we think here that you are surrounded by those sugar maples - no so it seems - too bad.

While they may be numerous elsewhere, in our area it is also rare to find red leaves in fall, such as this maple. Most are yellow, with some light orange. Good find (probably bare by now)

Those maples always have the best show, seems like. A great composition and POV. I had finally noticed some beautiful color around here, and now a nasty wind and rain this morning will take down many of the leaves.
