A very nice winter scene, Real - good control of the lighting, Christmas Card quality with a good chilly feel to it. Nice shot, well composed.

Perfect capture de cette belle rivière. J'aime quand la neige colle aux arbres et vous avez fait un super travail de montrer cela. Lovely POV. J'aime la lumière dans le ciel aussi. Super travail mon ami. Bravo.

Hi Real,

Give it a few weeks and you can go ice skating!
Perhaps I would have gone for a wider DoF, f/11 - f/13 if higher ISOs would work well with noise. But this works well as well. Nice.

Bonjour Real,
L'air est bien froid et on le sent en regardant ta photo ;o). Dans toute sa simplicité, cette photo procure de multiples sensations: outre le froid, il y a la sensation d'espace, avec cette rivière qui semble venir de loin, mais aussi une sensation de silence et de pureté. Belle balance entre couleurs sombres et le blanc de la neige. C'est du presque noir et blanc, mais les quelques taches de couleur (comme le bleu du ciel) en sortent grandies.
