Hi Donna,

Familiar sight of this lake shore, however a very intersting sky this time - glad to hear you are all stocked up and will be warm and cozy during the coming storm.
Be careful with the shoveling and keep the camera at hand to report that as well, because we probably never get to see snow here.

A beautiful early morning capture and the red sky is looking very nice even though it more than likely brought some bad weather. Our bad weather starts today...supposed to be a whopper of a storm.
Composed well, beautiful colors and detail is good. Have a hard time taking my eyes off this sky though...very pretty! Nice shot!

And a charming calm at that, Donna. From what I hear that red sky warning was especially apt in this case. I like all the lines leading to the horizon on this, especially that bank of clouds rolled up just over the horizon and the sunrise. Hope you stayed warm!

Donna Rasmussen, married to Mr. Anders Rasmussen, it sounds like he comes from Denmark. Anders and Rasmussen are Danish names and on top of that he are a seaman he must be a Dane.

Hi Donna,

Wonderful sunrise over lake Erie. I especially like the line of clouds in the BG, they are well lined up and separates the sky in two. And yes, what a storm. We have received around 35cm to 40cm at our place. Too bad I don't have time for snowshoeing.
