Well for those who wonder what happened with the storm here on Lake Erie? This is what I woke up to yesterday morning. 1/2" of just ice on everything..it was raining but raining frozen water, after several hours of that, it snowed, and snowed, and snowed, I shoveled 7" , then another 4" later on, then the wind came up, 45knots from the North West which is behind our house here. Luckily that blew any snow that was left in the driveway off! yeah! I do have more shoveling to do thanks to the snowplow that plowed our road a couple times , and the decks and paths, so thats my job today! Wheeee!!! The temerature its still a balmy 19F so it will be layers today while outside.
Hope all who were in the storms path are well and safe.
Okay now I'm going outside to start the shoveling!

Hello Donna !

Some guys have to read the noe to find out what it is . It looks so abstract with this filter. A bit grainy , but I guess , this is the way you intended to have.

Here we had no rain or freezing rain , but a big load of snow ( 40 cms in TRV ).

A lot of fun shoveling all that !.

Today Annie ( Beger) is having it in Grande-Vallee. Tonight < I will post a shot taken The day after (^_^).

Cheers!
Robert

Phew, it sounds exhausting - and you should be pleased that it isn't as hot and humid as it is down under Donna!!!
Very interesting to hear how you fill in your days!
Cheers
Janice

As it is some abstraction, from my impression i believe you catch lettering on a monument with snow on it... It could be... but i admit the most often the text is digged and not in relief on the stone :)
I like the way it appear!

Good one Donna.... I finally figured out your photo! ;-)
Go easy on the ice pick job..... A paintjob ain't cheap! ;-)

Nice ice. I find that some objects do not lend themselves to autofocus very well. Do you think manual focus would have done it this time? Just wondering.
I also understand the cold finger problem and the fact that taking pics in the cold doesn't always feel good and that that makes us in a hurry. TFS. K2
