Impressive shot.Great composition with this beautiful orange colour in the sky and coming from the lights on ground separated by the plane's wing.

Mmm... had die andere vleugel dan maar 1 motor, John? Want op deze zitten er al twee ;o)).
Heel mooi belicht, en redelijk scherp, wat me echt verbaast op slechts 1/15 met een airspeed die toch nog minstens 300 km/u moet bedragen? Toch zijn zowel de vleugel als de grond scherp. Weird...
Heel mooi kleurenscala aan de horizon. Een ding zou ik hebben veranderd: dat oranje streepje uiterst links onder die vleugel, daar zou ik wat grijs uit het onderliggende stuk overheen clonen. Maar goed, oranje wegklonen ligt waarschijnlijk wat gevoelig in je Nederlandse hart LOL.
Conclusie: bij mij zou hij aan de muur gaan hangen!

The Flying Dutchman is not Hans ( GreenBaron), despite he works for KLM , but you (^_^). Welcome back home.

The South Shore, Boucherville in the foreground and Longueuil with the tunnel entrance going to Island ( therefore wat seems to be a dead end bridge under the wing ).

Indeed a cool composition and good light management in these difficult light condition. Well done.

Hello John, a few seconds before you were just over my head in Repentigny ! :-) The islands at the bottom of the picture are 'Les Iles de Boucherville' it's a provincial park, it's great place for photographing birds. There are over 250 wild deers on that island ! Great shot at 1/15 th my friend, well done, thanks !

Hello John,
A beautiful capture at the perfect time so that a nice sunset as well as glowing lights on the ground were caught. The horizon is tilted a little, but it is nicely disguised by the wing that crosses it.
