Oh..you guys had mist and fog there!!!
Happy to see this photo...you managed well with those trees.
Nice composition and perspective.

ps: We also have warmer temperatures here..almost like fall. I see some Magnolia trees are even started budding. But, I miss that fog here.

Brrr...
I feel almost "bite" of the cold, just by looking at your POV.
Nature seems to have to have gotten dressed with a heavy winter coat. It sleeps to return to us in force from here a few months.
Sleep of the ground seized well in this photography.

Those trees are lost in the mist and fog. How did you manage to find them?
They make a lovely composition with diaphanous light and mysterious background. I hope the sun will return for the rest of your staying in Québec. I'll see what I can do for Friday, I got influenza and right now, I wouldn't be a good company.

I got a whole bunch of shots, on Sunday with this mist, John. None as good as this, of course. I like the positioning and how you have managed to keep the feel of it all. Excellent capture and lovely presentation. Maybe the sun will shine soon, but then ...there will be no more white snow.

Hi John,
Nice placement of the trees in the frame. The background tree makes a nice counterpoint to the larger pair. I was surprise to notice two trunks, but together they make a perfect shape. The fog gives it a lonely feel.

Lovely foggy image . . a kind of postcard . .
I should plan to visit a country at winter time . .
Seems lots of beautiful spots during this season . . and mostly are lovely places . .
Enjoy the trip my friend . .
Indonesia is very hot at noon, heavy raining in the evening and night, and very cold at midnight . .

Mooi winters plaatje. Beetje mistig inderdaad, dat is goed te zien, en dan lijkt het al weer aardig op nederland.

I have seen television footage on the internet from severe flooding after the dramatic change in weather in Quebec Province.
Indeed mist would be the result.

Hallo John,
es war bei uns auch kalt, aber längst nicht so wie in Quebeck ( bis -15 °C in der Nacht und Tagsüber um -5°C) aber wie ich sehe mit dem Schnee hat die Frau Holle auch ein bissel gespart wie bei uns. Ein herrliches Bild und der Nebel macht läst das Bild so Märchenhaft erscheinen, klasse.
