When cows are laying down in the field, it only means they are tired Donna (*_^) LOL!

Simple compo. Effective saturation increasing the contrasts between hot and cold colors. Freezing rain warnings are now in effect up here too.

We will get it too (^_^).

Hi Donna,
Brilliant color layers and good composition for this one. I'll bet you are better than the weather men. Seems like with all the technology and weather models we have, poking one's nose out the window works just as well. We got strong winds as well, and my husband just took down our basketball hoop after hearing how a friend's smashed two cars in one "blow"!

Lovely, vibrant bands of color here, Donna, and that flare just past the trees really makes this image. It reminds us a bit of an aurora. Good perspective here and nice use of silhouette. Simple and really quite beautiful.

Morgen rood, water in de sloot - what does that mean - when the sky is red in the morning there wil be water in de ditch. (or so my grandmother said).
This looks absolutely lovely, as if this one is made in the tropics - very attractive.
