[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Yes, our first blooms! Yesss!

This is captured with my macro lens at 1X.
It is very hard to hold the cam steady even with a table tripod on the ground, the ground is soft and I have to lean the cam towards the flower so I am using only 2 legs of the tripod.
And the dof is very shallow so the slitest movement and it is out of focus.

I need to buy that special 4-Way Macro Slider Rail.

You did well Yan. Lovely golden colour about the flower and the focus and detail good. Nice tight crop to emphasize it even more. Now a hint. Throw the tripod away, a couple of deep breaths, focus, press the shutter and hope :). TFS,

very nice macro Yan... i think you have this rather in a harsh light :) with an extreme light probably will create a more dramatic effect :)

Bonjour Yan, très jolie macro de cette fleur! L'exposition et la composition sont très bonnes. Le focus par contre semble sur la tige verte à droite. Merci!
