Good evening ,

Just a quick visit tonight, as it is already late . I will be back with comments and critiques tomorrow. Today was a very special , as I had the rare visit of my younger son (^_^).

Let me propose you another shot taken last week during a walk in the old Trois-Rivieres. This Art Gallery, nesting in the Manoir de Tonnancour, is just a block away from my office.

Technically . Since the lawn was just starting to grow, and it was more brownish then green, since I had to move back to avoid the distortion of the building , since I wanted to have the branches of the tree to frame the shot, I simply used the night filter to give more punch to that historic building and keep the silhouettes of the vegetation. I cropped the bottom part only of the original shot.

Have a great Day!
Robert

Bonsoir Robert,

Bravo
Serge

Hi Robert,
Intrigue image, great light and very special contrast. The blue sky creates a surealistic mood. Perfect presentation as always).

Robert
The filter seem to have given the scene a blueish cast, at least on my monitor. It, the filter, did eliminate the unsightly stuff and give the building a nice look.

Been off the machine for a while but should be back for a while now.

Hi Robert, This is a very interesting effect from your filter. I like silhouette of the greenery-frames the subject beautifully. Well framed and presented. Bravo!! Pat.

Great dark tones around, with nicely highlighted architecture.

Well done
Tom

I like the blue mood you have chosen and the natural framing. The silouette approach focusses attention on the building which is good. TFS. K2
