[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Friends,
Its been a crazy couple of weeks for me, we got a contract and closing date on our house in Canada and while in our house in Vermont I found out that Anders wouldn't be able to drive the Uhaul across the CAN/US border since he needs to get his status changed and a visa for living in the USA again. So I talked to my children and said I have a problem, well of course they came through for me. On Friday morning at 7AM my daughter and her boyfriend drove with me the 10 hours to Canada, we stopped at Niagara Falls on our way since Kyle had never seen them and picked up a Uhaul, we got to the house in Canada at 7PM and started packing up the house. By Satuday at 2PM we headed back to the USA with a 26' truck filled to the max. My son and his wife were babysitting the 5 dogs we have living at our house in Vermont so all helped out. We arrived back in Vermont at 2AM Sunday morning. Slept a few hours then unloaded the Uhaul. I have spent the past couple weeks unpacking and settling in. Today my Husband got off his ship for vacation and will be joining me here in Vermont for a months holiday. :o)
I just thought I'ld post this photo of my daughter and her boyfriend while walking under the blossuming dogwood trees at the botanical gardens in Niagara Falls Canada . Unfortuantly we had a heavy mist going as well as the mist from the falls that day so its a big dark.

Hope to be a regular here again soon and will show you some beautiful scenes from Vermont!

Just GORGEOUS Donna! Really pretty shot, nice couple. How nice to do all that moving for your husband! Did you like Niagara? I thought it was the event of a lifetime! Hope to see some pics!

I like it Donna.

I really like the look of it. The mist adds a softness to it and even more with the two subjects posed there. Sure, remove them and its pretty ordinary but with these two in it, it completely changes the look.
Well done and hoping to see alot of Vermont from you :-)

Those Dogwoods look like our magnolia trees. What a pretty display those flowers make.
And what a busy couple of days you had - you poor thing.. And by the time your husband finally arrives 'he'll' need a holiday!!! I hope YOU will take a rest. . .

They look similar to magnolia trees. A romantic setting, regardless, Good perspective along the avenue. Well done!

Wow! A great place to take a walk among the trees and colorful flowers. Good capture of the wet scene to give it a saturated contrast. The couple has the world in the hands.
