VIEW OF DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a view of the west end area of downtown Vancouver where most of the high rise apartments and residential condominiums are located. I took this photo from Vanier Park. Vanier Park on the south side of English Bay just west of the Burrard Street Bridge. Vanier Park is home to the Pacific Space Centre - Vancouver Branch, Vancouver Museum, and Vancouver Maritime Museum. If you want to fly a kite, this is the place to be.
Photo was taken at sunset, as I walked the park reminiscing of the time I lived here in Vancouver. My walk brought me all the way to the west end of Kitsilano Beach.

Hello Andre,
The good light really brings out the fine colours in the scenery!
Sharp fine details too, and I like the composition where the old boats make a contrasting foreground to the modern skyline...
Greetings,
Pablo -
