Here is how you take a rather ordinary close up of a flower and turn it into something different and hopefully better. The original picture is in the workshop.
Here is what I did.
1. Play with the colour balance, contrast, and saturation until you have the colours you want.
2. Apply USM filter to sharpen the image.
3. Select the background dark colours and replace those with a colour you want to use for the background.
4. Use clone tool to clone out any unwanted spots in the background left after the previous step.
5. Add frame and text as desired.

Hi Sunil,
A creative idea and some nice pp work. sharp details. Perhaps you could have filled in the little spaces revealed in between the base of the petals. But nevertheless very artistic work.
