[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Nations Parade

The Excitement is building up . Sunday Noon , the Grid girls started the Nations Parade at Montreal F1 Canadian GP . The link will bring you to Photo Sport Quebec, where you can enjoy a few galleries of Images of various races of the weekend.

From the Senna Curve they are walking back to the grid. If you pay attention , they are walking following the actual starting line up.

As I am writing these lines the same procedure was underway in LaSartre , France minutes ago before the start of the 24Hours of LeMans .

This year it will be an amazing race. Battles between German Audi and French Peugeot in LMP1, with 3 cars for each manufacturer. Jacques Villeneuve possibly joining history by winning the F1 World championship, Indianapolis 500 and the 24 hrs of LeMans. It does look possible, since he won the last race in Spa 1000 km with his teammates.

Technically: Image slightly cropped. Moved to the left a bit the photographer in the lower left corner from the walking lady in white (^_^).

Vacation is over , tomorrow I am heading to Saguenay for my work . I will catch you later.

Je vois qu'il y a une personne sur la photo qui avait une place privilégiée . A mon goût perso, Je l'aurais cloné ;).

J'aime beaucoup ta photo, C'est une belle photo coloré et vivante comme j'aime. De plus, très original car généralement quand on parle de F1 on voit des superbes bolides.

Having never attended one of these I find the images the lead up to the actual race interesting. Never knew there wer "grid girls." Beautiful colors here. The big TV screen gives a look at other parts of the course. Too bad about your vacation Robert, ahhhhhhh time moves on.

That's a bloody long walk from Montreal to Le Mans!! :-)))
And a very interesting race it was, Le Mans. We are proud that Peter Van Merksteijn, Jos Verstappen and Jeroen Bleekemolen managed to finish and in 10th place.

The bend gives a good curve to your composition, making a bold layout with the parade of uniformed girls following the path, holding color flags to make it more attractive. Great pov.
