Hi Everyone,
Stopped by an enclosure to photograph this horse browsing on tender green grass last July in the Saguenay region of Quebec. The surrounding fields were ablazed with delicate wildflowers.I made a few close-ups of his head and also some featuring the whole horse but i have always preferred this one .
1/100 at F/8 ,ISO 80 on an overcast day , raised gamma a tad and adjusted highlights as well, a little sharpening and there it is ,

I think this photo deserves much more attention... Its colours are beautiful, excellent sharpness and details. Very well captured moment of this beautiful animal eating its delicious meal :).

Hi Carol,
This horse certainly has his own flower buffet or smorgasbord!! Sneaking a snack in the afternoon. Very colorful image of a horse who apparently is very healthy. I like the angle of him eating and the nice sharp details of his green rein (never been on a horse, so not sure of the terminology).

Un chef-d'oeuvre bucolique! Une image pleine de fraîcheur qui met l'accent sur l'action plutôt qu'un portrait de cheval; la douceur mur à mur signifiée par la chevelure, la couleur de la bête, les fleurs et l'herbre longue.
