[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Touring on foot to photograph the sites of downtown Montreal, we came across this scene (street was closed off to trafic, as you can see in the bg) of Montreal's Finest testing a new mode of conveyance, being filmed by a television crew, presumably for the evening news. As I shot the scene, a pidgeon got caught in the shot racing ahead of the Police, appearing to be persued ....

hehe i dont think they will be fast enough to catch criminals on it!
Its faster by run probably...interesting vehicles and POV...

Hi Otto, some states here have even better climate vehicles...mountain bikes. Nice timing to capture the pidgeon in full flight and good colour and detail,

I am smiling, Otto. Your humour is wonderful. It does indeed look like the officers are pursing the pigeon and the pigeon is winning, the race. I do like the composition of the bikes on the diagonal and operating cost of 10 cents a day, even if they can’t catch a pigeon. It is unfortunate you could not take the hours drive to let me show you Ottawa, while you were here. :(
