[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
When I pointed my camera at this carnival barker, he immediately struck this pose! And I couldn't resist :).

And then there is that HAT! - another version of the hat worn by the little girl in yesterday's capture.

I know -- there are lots of imperfections -- but this is a carnival atmosphere: it is naturally imperfect :)

Tech: Captured in raw and adjusted levels, contrast & saturation in raw with PhotoShop CS2, converted to jpg, cloned out a distracting band along the left side, resized, sharpened, framed and signed

Super colors in this and thanks for making me laugh..I needed it! Excellent work on this, I can't tell that you cloned anything! Funny!! Is this the cowboy hat you bought?....B-)

Nice 'candid' portrait. Nice colour too.
Actually Silke, I can't see too many imperfections at all - grainy maybe but that often helps rather than hinders.

Looks a happy soul, Can't see any imperfections in the shot it's self it's sharp the colours are right, and the framing of the subject is good.

Superb sharp image, the sunglases are reflecting all the details. His pose is priceless and so is his hat! (is he a Yankee? :-) Anyway a fine posting of the daily life of carnival :-)

A nice fully capture being a mom I noticed the pokemon in behind before looking at the guy. very colorful atmosphere. carnivals are so much fun that imperfections are forgotten right away they are just great to look at. TFs

Bright cheerful smiley jolly, good colour.. A very happy capture here and just fine.. although... I am not so keen on the colour of this hat lol. Well balanced and a nice shot.

What a bright, colourful and happy shot this is, Silke! It just all blends together very nicely. I'm not entirely sure about the frame, though - I think the image is so strong, so bold it would be better shown unframed in bigger size?
