Edmonton Folk Fest II

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Not difficult to find willing and appealing subjects at the Edmonton Folk Fest, where the friendly party atmosphere is straight out contagious. I was pleased with the soft light under a tree, where the cowboy hat didn’t create a strong shadow. |

Hello, Roland!
Pretty good portrait! Wonderful colors and light, and very good focus! I´m sure the girl has appreciated too!! Well done job, friend!! TFS!
Greetings from Brazil,
Bruno
Great portrait shot Roly. Depth of field is perfect - your subject 'stands out' against the background with exceptional clarity. As to composition, I might have given her a little more 'walking room' on the right side of the photo, but no big deal. Colours are soft and set up well against the greenery behind her. You obviously put her at ease when you took the shot - her open and relaxed smile and posture are evidence of that. a great example of well thought out lighting - 'soft ambient light'.

Wonderful portrait Roland. Really beautiful images on the front page of your gallery. Nice variety of subject matter.
Love the lighting on this young lady - eyes well captured. The hat didn't cause a problem at all. Bravo
