[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another shot of the icebreaker CCGS Terry Fox at Port Saguenay . She came to meet the MV Flintereems and escort her downtream to the mouth of the Saguenay river. She is not the prettiest of the fleet with this cubic superstructure. I prefer the older ships , with more fluid lines.

Technically; To have a better view of the natural environment, I off-centered the ship. It was now snowing gently on the other side of the fjord. In the background , Saint-Fulgence is visible. Image slightly cropped after a tilt correction. Resized and framed, with necessary sharpening for posting to TL size. Note all work done with Photofiltre.

Have a great day !
Robert

Une photo comme celle-ci me fait apprécier mes pantoufles et le chauffage central; bien vu et bien présenté quand même. :-)

Hi Robert,
The fight of Terry against the elements of Father Winter. Great shot , those steaming exhausts are a perfect detail. Superb capture well exposed. Again a pearl in the TL box :-)

Bonjour Robert
Comme le dit Marc, on apprécie du coup nos région tempérée ;-) Belle présentation de ce brise-glace dans cet environnement polaire (enfin, pour moi). Bien vu
Amicalement
Antoine

I must say work and the enviornment does provide you with opportunities. The smoke blowing out of her stacks all to the image. Lighting well managed here.
