Wow, this is nice and cute. Really nice lighting considering you used flash. Can I ask what you did?

Here's an idea... If you manage to get your hands on a wide angle lens, try making a similar composition with the baby's face closer to the camera. perhaps from a higher angle. maybe something interesting would result.

but this is a great composition in itself. well done :-)
