Another shot from Martine's garden.

A close-up of a .......... (^_^) . I do not know honestly. LOL !. I will ask Martine tomorrow morning.

Technically . Super macro mode used . Image cropped from vertical composition. I flipped it 90 Degrees to bring it back upright .
Not much done here . Minor color and contrast adjustments. Image filtered with Neat image after.

Starting my week of duty . As it is summer time , I am more often outside too (^_^) Have a great weekend everybody.

Hi Robert, I'm going to guess that this is a Clematis of some sort ... ask Martine and let me know if I'm right :) I worked in horticulture for many years, so I should know, but I don't always !!
Fantastic sharpness on the stamen of this flower - great detail and texture. Colors are rich, and vibrant and true. Beautiful!
Have a nice weekend ... I hear summer has finally reached eastern Canada too.

Hi Robert,

Really a lovely shot - nice framing !

I dont have much experience as i am new to all this and am learning but i must say you have captured some great shots.

I like sharp focus at the center of the flower where u can look at all the details on the stigma which complements the soft focus on the petals. Nice colours and perfect exposure .

Nice work !
