Bonjour Annie ,
Beau travail de désaturation le ciel noir et gris donne un effet dramatique .Belle composition et contraste peut-etre aurait-t'elle eu plus d'effet encore sans l'avant plan des cette herbe juste la maison et le ciel? simple idée de ma part car il faut donner une critique sinon notre commentaire vaut rien selon certain membre :(

I like the mood this shot creates. The dark clouds with the light coming through looks great. I like the off centered house again with the light shining on the subject. I also like the low POV with tall grass in the FG. Nice shot Anne.

Hi Annice,
I'm happy you're back and we are able to see your posts again! This is a perfect countryside sho with really special lightings and dramaticallylooking sky. The enlightment of the house is nice as well as its placement off the centre. Correct exposition of the dark clouds, fine scene. The only thing I would have left out is the small text at the bottom, but this is just a pesonal idea.

Hello Annie,
your post processing work has produced a wonder painterly image.The little house with its nicely coloured roof and the dark tre beside it are arty, like from an illustration of a children's book.I think that is what i like about this, it is artwork of the finest order.

A very interesting treatment to this photo. You made it look like a movie poster for a horror movie. I like the drama in the sky created by the desaturation and the nicely position house. I think if you brighten the grasses just a little, it would give better contrast to the sky.

Superb light and a special POV makes this an interesting image. Well Composed well use of DOF (despite the low f-stop of f/5.6) Sharpness in front and rear of the view. Well done Annie!

Joli POV sur cette maison qui se fond dans les hautes herbes, avec ce ciel menaçant donnant une étrange sensation de fin du monde, c'est superbement cadré!!!

they said it already, but this image makes me think of the movie "Twister" - when the tornado is nearing and you can see in the distance that it's going to hit the houses...
I like the way the house facade seems to almost "glow".
just one question: I don't know Photoscape, so what is the bloom effect..?

Hi Annie,

i think the partial desaturation on the sky is a nice touch to an already moody scene. The grass on the foreground is dark i agree but i minor thing.

Good Morning Annie,

I have missed this one ... still, as a favourite, I will always catch up, eventually!
Your pp work has really given this a 'different' feeling. It resembles a painting more than a photograph although the fine qualities of composition and dramatic effect are easily appreciated.
The subtle colours are excellent.

dear Annie,
an picturesque view shot of the dramatic relation between the nature and the house in it.
shining figure of the house is very well contrasted with the fore grass and the back cloud, this effect is excellent.
and also two yellows of the wall of house and the sky beyond the cloud make touching ambience of the relation of those.
I can feel a cool wind in this comfortable summer air,
