Salut Benoit. The composition and DOF give a true sense of this grand scenery. The mountains frame the trail which, with the patch of snow, leads us gently to the surreal colour of Lake Louise. The intense blue of the sky brings life to the scene and lift our spirits. The clouds match the slope of the mountain on the left.

I have a very similar photo in which I placed my camera on that big rock in the left of the frame & set the timer to take a shot of myself as I was doing a solo hike - same background and everything :) Nice shot.
