For the scavenger hunt theme "My Music Collection".
This one was a challenge for me seeing as I am travelling, and my music collection is limited to what's on my computer. What I ended up doing was taking a photo of a photo of a painting, the background on the screen is a photo I took of the wall of a jazz club in Denver. The selected song that was playing was Miles Davis - I Waited For You, from his Ballads and Blues album, to tie in with the background.
Post processing: desaturation of the background, increased saturation of the computer/screen, resizing, framing, sharpening. I intentionally did not correct the perspective distortion of the background. |
