This is a photo of a Dahlia in my garden. Dahlias are very large and beautiful flowers. Dahlias come in a multitude of sizes, colours and shapes. The original photo is just as vibrant red...I added a soft plastic filter in Paint shop. Comments appreciated...if you would like to see the original version, contact me.

Great experimental work. The tool you use fits perfectly to the shape of the flower and it is good to see parts of the background too.

the post processing you've done is marvellous, not just exposing the highlights of the flower, but even exaggerating them... very stylistic lines, textures, i'm generally not very fond of HPP images, but this one's absolute eye candy... thanks for sharing!
