Yes John,
Who is truly rich and who is poor? Make one think sometimes. Great capture and the colors are very nice. I just like the freedom feel of the photograph. TFS

Peace and Love as always!

Last summer? I was expecting SNOW!!
The seagull overlooking is a good catch. To live a life with such freedom looks great - BUT is it?
John, I love this shot, but ...
But now I worry - what has happened to this man now - where can he live with all the snow in winter??
Oh dear!!!

Hi John,
Obviously not a shot taken by you this time around!!! I suppose there is no grass visible in Montreal these days.
Sunil

I guess he found the Journal de Montreal too boring..
:)
Thanks for sharing

Lol...looks like the bird is wondering, "What the heck??" Great colors and clarity! TFS,
Hugzzz,
Fran

very good.
the contrast between leg and wall...
groetjes, giuseppe.

No dentist and no toilet!
Great picture John. Good compo; nice hor. and vert. lines; depth and colour.
Great shadow on your frame.
Huub

Hi John, A couple of years ago, the propaganda machine showed people sleeping like this on the grass in front of the Union Buildings in Pretoria with the heading "500 people killed in battle". Luckily those days are over... The people still sleep on the grass during lunch. The headlines just complain about the rubble they leave behind!

He John,

Nice wether over there. Good shot and well seen.
Isn´t it the gardner who takes a brake after mowing the grass!
Here in Holland part is covered with snow so taker some warm sunshine with you for the next year.

All the best,
Hendrik

John,
Mooie compositie. De vogel maak het af.

Ruud

Now this one I like a lot! The composition is perfect, and I love the bird & its quizzical expression, as an added bonus. Yes, this guy doesn't look particularly stressed out to me!

Well done, John! And the title was truly inspired! :)))))
Gayle :)

Funny the bird watching over him ???? Actually he is probably looking for fleas to pick off the guy for his lunch, and where on earth did you find grass this time of year,.?????Oh yes just finished your note, lol. I think he would be better off if he went back to Jamaica or wherever before winter really started. Good shot I must sayª

Hello John, the guy may look the main subject but I think it is the birk who makes for the attraction here, he looks so amazed at the guy, and wandering what the heck is he doing there? Not even some crumbs to share :)

Haha, good composition with the shadow of the feet on the border frame.

To be honnest i prefer to have worries about tax and rent. He don't have that worrie but it's not mean he don't have. Tomorrow... will i have something to eat, I will sleeping where, with who, Will i have to figh to protect me? Liberty have a cost too and not a small :) But i understand... cause i dream sometime too to change of reality by fantasy. We all probably do that one day or another. I like the scene. See it many time. The gull is a good detail. Hungry and looking if she can take something during his sleep :)

PS rather be where he is than here in Tasmania on another dank Summer day.

Very funny!

Several years in a row, the High Commission of United Nations declared that Canada is the best country on earth to live in.
Well, that gentleman just confirmed this simple fact.

George
...and you folks have a great, photo cloudy day as well

Gee..so even in Canada are 'hobo's'like in the US ? He seemed relaxed :-) Speicial one John
