Old Boat

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I got back from the Philippines last night, January 26. I will still continue posting pictures from my trip to the Mexican Reviera last December 2005.
I saw this colorful old boat while walking the harbour of Cabo San Lucas. This side of the Baja Peninsula is the heart of the pearl trade dating back to the time when this place inhabited by the Cochimi Indians. Today Cabo San Lucas is still unspoiled and considered as one of the best fishing areas in Mexico and California. It has a large American retiree population being so close to California.

Welcome back Andre!
To be honest, I feel that the picture should have a story about this boat. I see it as the boat is waiting to go out at sea but is blocked by the walkway. Nice colours and I would prefer a stronger message behind it. TFS man :)
