Really strange formation. Beautiful shot with the waters in the background

I'm a big fan of rock formations, so please take my critique in the spirit of a very biased opinion! I think the formation itself is fantastic. If I were there, I would have photographed this 360 degrees around. I also like the blue and grey cool color hue. The combination of these colors (sky, background land, water, the rock, the foreground) all play well and balance each other in a good composition. Perhaps a cropping of 1/3 rule or perfectly centered would be interesting, and then there is my bias, I would like to see it without the person there. His presence seems to detract from a finely balanced image. Still in all, an interesting shot.
