This is the Sun's Pyramid in Teotihuacán, near Mexico City. Rotate it 90 degrees and you'll see the groups of tourists climbing it up. Luckily, they only go around the whole perimeter when they're on top, therefore this person here was the only one on that side at that height (I even think it's a guard, not a tourist).
I did a bit of PP to convert to B&W with very strong contrasts (curves, basically).
I think this one won't be as popular as the squirrels :-p At least, in real life people were not so enthusiastic about it. Yet I just love this picture! Hope some of you will feel the same way.
EDIT: repost without the black outer rim, as I got an offline comment that it was sort of killing the geometry of the picture. I'll be posting the previous version as workshop, let me know what you think, if you think anything of the change ;-) |

Hola Pierric:
Me encanta to foto, la composición y el ángulo de la toma. la línea que forma el contorno de la pirámide es excepcional. Felicidades
María José
I like this photo very much. I prefer this shot as the other with the black frame. Sometimes, I think the frame can be "overdone" and it takes away from the image instead of complimenting it. Sometimes, frames are not even necessary.
I do like this strong image of contrasts in black and white. Lucky to have the person in the setting too.

AAHHH ben voila!
Pris.
