[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the eye of a person that I adore: my brother: Lucio, he is 15 years old, the it asked me to take him a picture because he wanted to observe the style of their hair, to change their hairstyle, I took him several pictures from different angles.

With Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition:
1. I made a cut of one of them, selecting the area of the eye.
2. I maximized the image adjusting the size to 800 x 689.
3. Select the color: Foreground: Clear blue, Background: Gray Soft
4. I applied the Artistic Effect:
Neon Glow:
Glow Size: -8
Glow Brightness
Glow Color: Blue Dark
5. I reduced the size of the image: (-100 pixeles): 700 x 589
6. I added a mark of 16 pixeles of wide, in black color
7. I increased the size of Canvas: (+100 pixeles): 800 x 689.
8. I selected the clear blue color to stuff the area and to form the mark in blue
9. I added a mark of 6 pixeles of wide, in black color.

I was playing with many combinations in the values for Neon Glow (-14,18. -8,18. -8,21. etc) until I liked this, particularly because: when observing the pupil's external border, it produces an effect as if my brother was looking of front as if the one observed toward the camera, when in fact the picture was taken when the this looking toward another side.

Tu foto esta muy artistica, con una detallada descripcion de lo que hiciste en tu foto. Lo unico que talvez cambiaria es el tamanno del marco. El resto esta muy bien compuesto y presentado de una manera muy original.

A lot of work done as presented in the notes. The result is quite interesting, bleach blue fading colours of the eye in a very strong square frame gives us a unique and fine pix. Well done Ninfa
