[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
b&w through channel mixer. Some dodging and burning. Went to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico but didn't stray off the main road. It was raining cats and dogs so the streets were nice and slick and made a great reflection.

yeah the reflection is very good, but I think the subject is to poor, you can choose another think to compose the frame.
