[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Guatemalan refugees are mainly of indigenous origin.
Gathered in the village (Pueblos) they often form communities very active and solidarity between them.
These refugee village are isolated from urban centers of Mexico and they often have only a few commodities.
However, the life and economy have managed to organize them.

Les réfugiés guatémaltèque sont essentiellement d'origine indigène.
Regroupé en village (Pueblos), ils forment souvent des communautés très active et très solidaire entre elles.
Ces villages de réfugiés sont isolés des centres urbains mexicain et ils ne dispose souvent que de peu de commodités. toutefois la vie et l'économie ont réussi à s'y organiser.

Simple, nicely taken shot; everything here is well balanced (including the cyclist) with good attentin to foreground and background and "travelling room." Nicely done.

I'm more of a colour guy, Pierre, but I admit this is a terrific b&w shot. Excellent contrasts, a large DoF that shows also the walkers in the top left corner, and a nice action going on.

looks like a humble but intersting place to visit!

This is great. I had a bike just like this, with the double crossbars.
I think I'd crop this as a landscape to bring the bike in closer.
