Hi Angela

Which model of Lumix do you have? Many of my photos were taken with a FZ-20, and I found the lens was beautifully sharp and crisp and the camera was very versatile.

I very much like the Zen minimalism of this shot, crisply composed with a beautiful contrast between the jade coloured sea and the lower, glowering clouds.

If you had raised the camera and composed this so that -

a) the white railings met the bottom corners of the frame, and -

b) the end railing was at the 1/3rd point of the frame -

you would have had an even more engaging and powerful photograph.
