The most popular person at the Cabo San Lucas Harbour is this man selling "Hilado" or ice cream. Despite the fact that it December 15, the temperature is 80F! The city is booming and lots of constructions are going on mostly high rise condominiums and hotels. It would be nice to have a vacation home here, but the prices of real estate is comparable to California "Sky High".
