[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I am on my honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I got married May 6th, 2006. I figured I would put on some pictures from down here since I haven't been on in a while. This is a bird I saw fishing on the beach a few nights ago. Hope you like it.

Ruuun, you stupid bag of feathers, ruuuuuuun!!

Good shot.

Very funny shot, Philip! The bird certainly looks dwarfed by the wave, and not too concerned either. Good compo and colors too. Well seen.

I would have run more of an aggressiv crop showing the wave futher intense and bird looking into it.

abit unsharp image but because shutter is quite fast, so i suppose it could due to focusing. I wonder what it would look like if taken at the same height as the bird.

the bird better run fast !

Thanks n regards

Very nice capture Philip. But I tend to agree with Texan on cropping.

Either the bird is too small or the waves are too big...

Great capture... He will get wet!

The image has been captured with a good aesthetic sense, especially the title is well harmonises with the situation. Reflection of evening light on wet sand looks fabulous.

I hope you had a nice honeymoon. Thanks for sharing the beauties of nature.

Congratulations on your marriage!!! - That's first, and the second - the shot is very interesting and humorous. I liked Werewolf's note about fish very much - yes, I hope so too. :) You know, the photo really reminds one of those terrible ones that we've seen about a real event, when people were still smiling, while running from it, not knowing the concequences yet...

Aaaaaaaa Bird Look aut :) heheh it's great
Maciej

I say, run little guy! Or you will be fish food soon!

Oh that poor bird! Lovely shot Philip, thankyou for sharing!

Hi Philip,
Very good action capture.
It's incredible.
TFS.
Stephane.

Captivating photo well composed. The dramatic force of water against the rocks with an apparent undisturbed
bird makes a great image.
