[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This image is a perhaps a little less technically good as before. But it keeps me a heart by a number of detail.
It's a fleeting image, I am protected under one roof when the child passes while a tropical downpour in full swing outside.
The child is completely hidden beneath a translucent plastic sheeting, we can see that her bare feet. He walks a step hurry, but do not run.
I remember it was hot and humid, the rain was very welcome to cool the atmosphere.
We can see large drops of water falling from the roof in front of me.

cette image est peut-être un peu moins bonne techniquement que les précédente. Mais elle me tient à cœur par un certain nombre de détail.
C'est une image fugace, je suis protégé sous un toit lorsque cet enfant passe alors qu'une averse tropicale bat son plein à l'extérieur.
L'enfant est totalement caché sous une bâche en plastique translucide, nous ne voyions que ses pieds nus. Il marche d'un pas pressé, mais il ne cours pas.
Je me souvient qu'il faisait chaud et humide, cette averse était vraiment bienvenue pour rafraichir l'atmosphère.
Nous pouvons voir les grosses gouttes d'eau qui tombent du toit devant moi.

Hi Pierre,
This is a nice real life shot. Good details in the scene despite the weather. The B&W color add to the drama here. Nice work.

I love this. Beautiful, beautiful light - I love the reflection on the muddy ground turning your subject almost into silhouette. Nicely structured composition. Excellent mood.

Là quand ça tombe, ça tombe, génial l'image, vite se protéger le plus rapidemtn possible, je l'aime beaucoup, car elle reflète la vie de tous le jours dans ces pays, avec les gouttes d'eau, superbe effet.

Pierre,
I very much like this image. The technical deficiencies you mention are of no concern, to me at least. There's something compelling, mysterious, about it - although I guees it is a very ordinary scene in truth.

I did a little workshop; just a crop, to accentuate this mysterious aspect just a litte more - I hope.

It works to kkep rain off..... and he is probably sweating under the plastic just as much as the rain would have wet him.
