Hello Treklens
Here proof of life from my own Garden.

Spring is to me a very important time of the year..
Since I have my own place and garden, I have full joy of two things, watch nature burst out and let my camera flirt with it!

Today we'd all gloomy weather...rains, fog/smog. and when I arrived home from office noticed my this honey suckle plant started budding...and the rain drop on that littel life :-)

Technical information:
Photo taken in RAW.
Enlarged to make drop bigger (Got really nice result with this lens).
Adjusted curves. Sharpen only on Red and Green channels.
Resized for TL.

Thanks for watching over my shoulder and bye.
Vandana

Hi Vandana,
Very nice composition but the photo quality is very low. It would have been much better with a sharp focusing. With the equipment you have this photo should have been much better. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Vandana.Nice picture with nice spring elements.
Best regards, Bosko.

Hi Vandana,

a great capture of a beautiful detail, excellent idea, it's a pity for the quality, about which I agree with chakko's opinion, Ihope you don't mind.

Hello Vandana
Very good macro photo of the bud. I love the rain drop on it. The twig does not look very natural though.

A nice tear drop Vandana
The ''macro' world in photography , ia a world on its own
Never stick to one subject is my motto, that is what I admire so much of you
You are various, a compliment for that and even so your post here
Greetings

Hello Vandana.
Beautiful simplistic picture.
Like me. Counting the new budds every day, haha
Pity, after some warmer and sunny days, temp is getting lower and back to zero at night. Problem for the flowers, specially in pots, already flowering have to be taken inside during night time.
Best regards from Jan

Hello Vandana

What happened with the beauty of this Bg.
The quality of your pictures is always excellent!
this here is low in the bg. I see a lot of noise!
The drop is wonderful, the excellent close.
she needs a help of the sharp.

The composition of this is very nice, but I must admit it is not your best. Very brave of you to post it after you saw what strong negative reviews I got for my hoarfrost macro. One really does need either very good light so one can have high speed, or a very good tripod to do macro work. We live and learn, eh, my friend?

Lovely image Van, spring is in the air :-)

Hello Vandana! Amazing moment. Ideal lightness and sharpness. Wonderful drop. Good capture. Perfect capture. Good luck!

Hi Vandana, I feel that the enlargement process gave you all the blurring and strange effect on the twig. Lovely detail in the droplet with teh colour and reflection and well composed. My smiley for being brave enough to submit thisone. TFS,
David

Hello Vandana
Not much I can say that you have not already heard.. but I can say that THIS is what TL is about right? Learning! Not every shot is perfect! But when we try something new we need feedback that is the only way to grow!
I can not wait to see your next one :)

Hello myfriend Dear Vandana...
Wonderful macro with beautiful colours and lights. Superb shot, my friend
selamlar

Hi Vandana...ok, this is a tough one, but here goes.

I am actually surprised you posted this shot, I don't think it does your portfolio any justice at all. The idea is good and water droplet shots can be fantastic - but they have to be clear, they have to be sharp. This isn't. 1/50 of a second is really to slow to catch a good macro shot...shallower depth of field, faster shutterspeed, maybe increasing ISO to help with lighting, using a tripod and possibly a cable release as well...all might have helped.

It seems that this has been enlarged quite considerably to home in on the droplet.

You take good photos, Vandana, and I'm sure you yourself know a good shot from a bad one. With that in mind, you should look at the critiques above and judge who has been honest. I see words like "fantastic", "amazing" and "great". Sorry, but I cannot apply those adjectives to this shot.

Apologies again for being negative...I shall go and look at your better shots in the interests of fairness :-)

All the best to you.
