I think it will be better you cut a little from the left than his left hand was cut like that. even it's blur :)

Rajasekar,

What a nice looking little boy. I like how you have captured the car in motion. Also, the uncomplicated, dark background, is perfect for the shot.

I don't think you need to get children to pose. Just take a lot of photos of them being themselves and the photos will magically appear.
