Oh Joy! The beauty of children...they just make every moment in life seem worthwhile ... in the Millenium Park in Chicago, the towers of the The Crown Fountain -designed by Jaume Plensa- form a water mirror between them...this is where 'the miracle' happens!

Hello Patricia,

Nice capture. Your timing and framing is great.
I'd like to offer a different perspective on your very nice post seen in my workshop.
Hope you dont mind

Hi Patricia,
very nice photo and good choice of the title.
If I could change anything, I'd put the 'model' on the left side of the frame. To me it always seems more open to see where the model is going or looking as opposed to what's behind their back.
Of course I realize that if the model's right side was less interesting it would push me leftward too.
Anyway, great shot. Greetings,
szablak

Witaj! Bardzo ciekawe zdjęcie! Chłopiec wygląda jakby chodził po wodzie! Gratuluję!

Hello Patricia,
Lovely urban daily life scene, with an appropriate choice for black & white. The childhood feel is very present, even though, when opening your photo, I had the impression the child looked a bit lost in this urban space. It was not because of his - original - off-centered position. When I saw Andrew's WS, I found out the reason of my impression. The framing Andrew suggests maintains the qualities of your composition, but, at the same time, puts a better focus on the child, by cropping the less interesting and slightly detracting part of your photo, i.e. the foreground. Just my opinion, of course...
TFS & kind regards,
Erik
