The detail is quite amazing here. There is also a translucent quality in the light which promotes a softness in the overall shot. Well done.

Nice close up shot of the Flamingo. I would love to see one of these some time. I did make a visit to a zoo over the summer but they didn't have much to see. Next summer I will try another zoo. Focus looks good as is the colors. Happy shooting Vanya!

Great close up. He almost looks like a cuddly toy till you see his face and then you wouldnt try cuddling.Nice angle with the back light striking the side of his head. Nice dof also. Good job.
