I've seen many shots of the Bean, but never one in the evening. Your square framing works well here, both complementing the rectangular buildings and in sharp contrast to the round, almost organic, shape of the sculpture.
I also like the blurred movement of the people in front of the Bean. Your long exposure captured this nicely as well as giving the buildings a nice glow.

Never thought the bean's this nice at night... I think B&W should work on this too since there's a lot of noise. TFS!
