I'm not sure what it meant, but the baby in the stroller was laughing uncontrollably...

Shot at the Randolph Street Antique Market in downtown Chicago last Sunday.

These are vintage lighted marquee letters, set out in a random fashion. There is not a real joke, I just used the theme to get attention. But it kind of fits, doesn't it?
